In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "super888," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the super888 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for providing the services described herein.
• "Platform" refers to the super888 website accessible at https://super888.cc, including all games, betting markets, account features, and related services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held in your super888 Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by super888 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a game outcome, sports event, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm your identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and super888. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions, and references to "you" shall include that person or entity.

To be eligible to register and use the super888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of super888 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in gambling activities harmful to you.

super888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full features of the super888 Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. super888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify super888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the super888 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.

4.3 KYC Verification

super888 is required to verify the identity of all users as part of its regulatory obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on the super888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). super888 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. super888 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Verified accounts in good standing may expect same-day processing for requests submitted during business hours. super888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified Account details.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. super888 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts as permitted by applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

super888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• super888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus Funds and potential Account termination.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between Accounts.
• In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All bets placed on the super888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. super888 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, due to a technical fault, or as a result of manifest pricing errors.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other events — are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules. super888 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time.

7.3 Live Casino & Slots

All digital casino games, including slots, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome will be determined by the game server record, which shall be final.

7.4 Bingo

Bingo games, including Kalaka Bingo and other formats available on the Platform, are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game room. Participation in bingo games constitutes acceptance of those rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the super888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing super888 staff or other users.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.

All content on the super888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of super888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of super888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, super888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. super888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

super888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to users seriously. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.

Upon termination for cause, super888 may withhold any Funds in your Account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those Funds may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting super888 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with super888 through our customer support channels. super888 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

super888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
